Ms. Kanitnoy Praneechit / Partner

Area of Practice: Business and multinational laws

Experiences: Kanitnoy has practiced and is experienced in providing legal and tax advice in both Thailand and the Lao PDR, in the areas of corporate and commercial transactions with emphasis on corporate structure (private and public companies), advice multinational companies on cross border transactions, labor issues and implications under the labor laws and related rules and regulations. She is now a licensed labor relation consultant in Thailand. She has also been working in the areas of merger and acquisition, intellectual property rights, exchange control, real estate, Board of Investment (BOI) and all aspectes of contracts drafting and reviewing, and legal documents preparation together with the registration procedures in these areas and other aspects.

Mr. Jittichai Sutthiwaree / Senior Associate

Area of Practice: Litigation - Civil, criminal, labor, and taxation cases

Experiences: Jittichai has practiced and is experienced in providing litigation services. He assists client in reconciling business disagreements through negotiation, mediation and arbitration. He also represents clients in the conduct of civil, criminal, tax, and administrative litigation proceedings in various disputes in Thailand.

Ms. Chitthana Fungthotsatham / Associate

Area of Practice: Corporate and

commercial aspects

In the office, Chitthana assists in drafting and translating various contracts and legal documents, as well as handling liaison works with the government authorities. In addition, she assists in researching and preparing application forms and necessary supporting documents for corporate registration and obtaining licenses/permits.

Mr. Kamol Watcharamanee / Senior Associate

Area of Practice: Corporate and commercial aspects

Experiences: Kamol has substantial experience in giving legal and tax advice to multinational companies of more than 10 years. His experience involved most companies' transactions, e.g., contractual support, handling of labor issues. His major involvement during the past five years were emphasized on real estate business including conducting legal due diligence and advice on related investment laws. In addition, Kamol has represented clients for a number of matters involving corporate, real estate and FDA license matters.
